2 things about this place you might want to know (1) get a alarm on your home. There has been many brake ins and you need to protect your home. (2) GRU To live out here you are dealing with high elec bills. Gru making a killing out here. My bill runs about 340 to 450 a month and after talking to a few other residents(who have single wides and double wides) they are running the same. Yes,that is water ,sewer ,garbage,and electric. But then I have spoken to people around town and their bills are much less. And they live near the college and So keep this in mind if you live here,you will have big gru bills too. So on top of your lot payment,your "fire fee", your mortgage payment if you are paying on your home. You will have a gru payment as well that is more then you pay for your lot. Keep that in mind when you look out here for a home. Yes the thought of owning is cool but paying over 1000.00 just for those items alone will start to get to you and that is not talking about if you have a water leak or a faulty water heater or a/c unit. So do your homework call gru and ask them what electric normally runs from the house you are trying to get. You might change your mind. Gru can get you with a bill up towards 1000.00 I have seen those too... If anything goes wrong such as a faulty ac or water heater or if it has bad wiring. Have someone check things.
